1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AIOS platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

AIOS is a Talent Visibility Engine that connects Filipino professionals with local and international employers. Our services include:

1. Galaxy Scanner: AI-powered talent mapping and density visualization across the Philippines.
2. Job Decoder: Automated parsing of job descriptions to identify skills and requirements.
3. Resume Ranker: Intelligent ranking of candidate profiles based on job relevance.
4. Talent Matching: Connecting employers with qualified Filipino professionals.
5. CV Upload and Profile Management for job seekers.

3. User Accounts

1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.
3. AIOS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Employer Obligations

Employers using the AIOS platform agree to:

1. Post only legitimate job opportunities and accurate job descriptions.
2. Use candidate data solely for the purpose of evaluating candidates for open positions.
3. Not discriminate against candidates on the basis of race, gender, religion, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
4. Comply with all applicable labor laws and regulations in the Philippines and in their operating jurisdiction.
5. Obtain proper consent before contacting candidates through the platform.

5. Job Seeker Obligations

Job seekers using the AIOS platform agree to:

1. Provide truthful and accurate information in their profiles, CVs, and applications.
2. Not misrepresent qualifications, experience, or credentials.
3. Use the platform solely for legitimate job-seeking purposes.
4. Not submit applications for roles they are not genuinely interested in or qualified for.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the AIOS platform — including but not limited to the Galaxy Scanner, Job Decoder, Resume Ranker, software, algorithms, design, text, and graphics — is owned by AIOS and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Subscription and Payment

1. Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected.
2. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated in your subscription agreement.
3. AIOS reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
4. Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension or termination of access to paid features.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

1. Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
2. Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform without written permission.
3. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its systems.
4. Upload malicious code, viruses, or any software intended to disrupt the platform.
5. Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
6. Engage in spamming, phishing, or unsolicited communications through the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. AIOS does not guarantee employment outcomes, specific matches, or hiring results. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The AIOS platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11. Termination

AIOS reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, AIOS, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pasig City, Metro Manila.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on our website or sending an email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
